✨Binding is easy and simple!
The Third Hand Binding Clip makes binding easier for you. It's like having a third hand to fold your binding in half while you iron! Use the Binding Wheel to organize your folded binding. It allows you to easily roll up your folded binding while you iron.
👍The binding clip is adjustable so it fits standard ironing boards as well as thinner ironing boards. No tools required, just loosen the wing nut adjustment.
🧵It allows you to easily roll up your folded binding while you iron. Place the binding wheel next to your sewing machine and the binding will roll off easily while you iron your project.
Accommodates the binding of one king size quilt.
Don't hesitate, use our tool to organize your folded fabric strips! It allows you to load fabric faster and easier, and complete your sewing projects efficiently!
Here's how to use it:
To create your binding, slide the tool off your ironing board and insert a 2 1/2" (or any of the other width choices) strip of fabric into the Third Hand Binding Folder Tool. There is a slot on the top to allow you to use a pin to help pull the fabric through if necessary.
Slide the tool back onto the side of your ironing surface.

Pull the fabric out about 6" and straighten the edges then press with your iron.
Turn the iron tip next to the tool so you can hold the iron with one hand and pull the fabric out with the second. Pull slowly so the iron has time to do its magic and press the seam for you.
I roll the binding onto Binding Wheel as I'm ironing it. Then I can neatly store the binding until I'm ready to stitch it to my project.

To use the Binding Wheel:
1) Fold and iron your 2 1/2" (or smaller) fabric strips in half. (Use Tool to make the job easier!)
2) Place the folded edge of your binding under one of the rounded supports on the wheel as pictured. This will help guide your fabric and will also apply a little pressure to help it roll onto the wheel smoothly.
3) Thread the fabric through the slot in the center and pull about 1 1/2-2" through as pictured. This will hold the end of the binding as you turn the wheel.
4) Turn the wheel to roll the binding onto it until you get to a part of the fabric that hasn't yet been ironed. Repeat the ironing rolling process until the full strip of fabric is ironed.
Note: if the fabric is loose on the wheel, you can pull on the fabric and turn the wheel to tighten it.
You can store enough binding for a king sized quilt on this wheel!
