Cut out the pattern templates and sew them together.

Step 2
Fold the lining pieces in half, with the straight sides folded together (right sides of the fabric folded together). Sew along the long straight edge.

Except for sewing the bottom seam completely (don't leave an opening for turning).

Step 4
To make the hanging loop. Fold the 4" x 5" strip of fabric in half lengthwise (with wrong sides together) and press. Open and fold the long raw edge into the center and press again. Fold in half and press again to form a 1-inch x 5-inch strip.
